Chardonnay from Los Chacayes

The first wine in the series is a 100% Chardonnay from Los Chacayes, a high-altitude area in the Uco Valley known for its limestone-rich soils and cool climate.

These conditions produce a Chardonnay with tension and finesse. On the nose, notes of lemon, pink grapefruit, pear, and green apple are supported by subtle white blossom. The wine combines a refreshing acidity with a light creaminess and a characteristic mineral touch reminiscent of chalk and stone. The long, slightly saline finish makes it both elegant and gastronomic.

Torrontés from Gualtallary

With the second wine, Kaiken offers a surprising twist on Argentina’s most famous white grape. The Divina Torrontés comes from Gualtallary, one of the most prestigious terroirs of Mendoza, located at over 1,450 meters elevation.

Instead of a flamboyant aromatic style, Kaiken opts for a refined, more restrained interpretation. The wine displays aromas of citrus, white flowers, wet stone, and chalk. On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and mineral, with notable freshness and a long, clean finish.
