The first wine in the series is a 100% Chardonnay from Los Chacayes, a high-altitude area in the Uco Valley renowned for its limestone soils and cool climate.

These conditions create a Chardonnay with tension and finesse. On the nose, it offers notes of lemon, pink grapefruit, pear, and green apple, backed by subtle white blossom. The wine combines refreshing acidity with a slight creaminess and a distinctive mineral touch reminiscent of chalk and stone. The long, slightly salty finish makes it elegant and gastronomic.

Torrontés from Gualtallary

With the second wine, Kaiken offers a surprising twist on Argentina's most famous white grape. The Divina Torrontés comes from Gualtallary, one of Mendoza's most prestigious terroirs, situated at over 1,450 meters altitude.

Instead of an exuberantly aromatic style, Kaiken opts for a refined, more restrained interpretation. The wine reveals aromas of citrus, white flowers, wet stone, and chalk. On the palate, it is dry, tight, and mineral, with notable freshness and a long, pure finish.
