Delta Wines, DGS WIJN, Coenecoop Wine Traders, Pallas Wines, and Global Wine Operations are part of the Delta Wines Group (hereinafter: ‘Delta Wines’), engaged in selling products and services through customer orders and e-commerce activities in the field of wine.

Delta Wines is responsible for collecting, using, and storing your Information. Delta Wines ensures that the collection, usage, and storage of your Information comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Not all Information is mandatory, but providing a valid email address, first and last name, postal code, house number, phone number, and possibly company name, Chamber of Commerce number, and tax number is required. If you have a Delta Wines Account, you can place an order with Delta Wines. To process your order, we use the Information you have provided.

Delta Wines also stores details of your past orders and chosen options, which are linked to your Delta Wines Account.
