Ultimate Provence.... We noemen hem hier maar gewoon UP. Wel zo handig. Bekt beter toch? Echter als je alleen al naar de fles kijkt is die UP helemaal niet zo gewoontjes.... Wat een beauty! En daarnaast is deze UP ook een spekje voor ons bekje!
Hij biedt een palet van intense aroma's en onthult op zijn beurt rijpe citroen en exotisch fruit vermengd met bloemen en licht rood fruit. Wit pepertje en wat tijm. En hij blijft ongelooflijk fris! Waar geeft UP de voorkeur aan? Gedurfde fusionkeuken denken we. Garnalen gebakken met Thaise basilicum. Ceviche met mango salsa. Kan veel aan.
