Een heerlijke, toegankelijke Nero d'Avola met een klein beetje pit
Een soepel-fruitige Italiaanse rode wijn van Nero d’Avola. De kleur is diep robijnrood. Met een intense geur van allerlei fruit: rode besjes, kersen, wilde aardbeien en granaatappel. De zachte, fluwelige tannines maken de wijn zwoel en soepel. Ook in de smaak is weer veel rood fruit te ontdekken.
Spijs & moment
Bij zo’n Siciliaan eet je klassiek Italiaans. Denk aan zelfgemaakte lasagne met aubergine, een authentieke saltimbocca, tagliatelle al ragù, pizza salami of gnocchi met stoofvlees. Of nog beter, bij het lokale Siciliaanse gerecht ‘spaghetti alla Norma’.
