Een rijke Etna Rosso die verrassend jong drinkbaar is.
Deze robijnrode wijn heeft een delicate, complexe neus met hints van rode bessen en bloemen. De smaak is intens, met een complexe structuur waarin mineraliteit, fruit en tannines resulteren in een elegante en al verrassend jong drinkbare wijn.
Na binnenkomst worden de druiven licht gekneusd, waarna zij 10/12 dagen macereren in een konisch gevormde houten cuve. Na fermentatie rijpt de wijn nog een 12 maanden in houten barriques.
