Karakteristieke rode wijn uit het noorden van Italië met intens rood fruit, sappig en complex.
Robijnrode, fluwelige Barbera d’Alba. Rijke wijn met intens rijp rood fruit, en dan met name pruimen in de geur. Het fruit is mooi in balans met de zuren en de milde tannines. Sappig en complex van smaak, met naast het fruit subtiel tabak.
Spijs & moment
Op zijn Italiaans bij een pasta met vleessaus, pizza pepperoni, lasagne al forno, risotto met paddenstoelen of kip Pizzaiola (met tomatensaus). Barbera is hoe dan ook gek op tomaten, knoflook en olijven.
