Rijpe en vooral soepele Carmenère uit Chili
Intens paarse wijn van de goed ingeburgerde Carmenère druif. De wijn combineert donker fruit van bramen en cassis met spannende aroma’s als specerijen (kaneel), tabak en vanille. Goed in balans met milde tannines en een zijdezachte afdronk.

Lamsvlees met salsa verde, lamscurry, lamskebab met koriander en munt, gehaktballetjes, spek, Mexicaanse empanadas, kool, Mediterrane groenten (paprika, courgette, aubergine), je hebt volop keuze als je iets bij deze wijn wilt koken. Als, want het hoeft niet.
