Prachtige Rioja met schitterende flesontwikkeling.
Donkere maar ontwikkelde kleur. In de neus vooral zwart fruit (zwarte bes, bramen), tabak, sandalhout, kruidigheid van hout en potloodslijpsel. In de mond een zachte aanzet met een hoge concentratie maar nergens laf of saai, door de prachtige frisheid die de wijn ook markeert. Zeer lange, minerale afdronk.
