Een rijpe en verfijnde Bourgogne.
De wijn heeft een diepe, robijnrode kleur. De neus is gemiddeld expressief en heeft tonen van rode bessen, bramen en wat kruiden. De smaak is verfijnd, met afgeronde tannines, de wijn komt elegant en gebalanceerd over.
Voorheen was deze wijn bekend onder de naam Château de Santenay.
