Robijnrood met een bruine rand en een gemiddelde intensiteit. Prachtige, gerijpte neus met veel fruit (zwarte bes), ceder, tabak, leer en rokerig. In de mond een zachte, romige aanzet en een prachtige balans van concentratie, versmolten zuren en mooi afgebouwde tannines. Deze harmonie houdt in de afdronk zeer lang aan.
