Moderne Syrah uit de Languedoc van een interessante (en steeds beter wordende) wijnmaker.
Sprankelende rode kleur. In de neus vers rood fruit, een lichte kruidigheid (garrigue). De aanzet is vrij strak door de tannines, maar wordt gevolgd door rijp fruit, zoete kruiden en de wijn eindigt heerlijk sappig.
