Strak frisse Sauvignon Blanc. Veel groen fruit, limoen en kruisbes. Stuivend en sappig.
Afkomstig uit de Loncomilla vallei dicht bij de Atlantische kust in Chili. Onderdeel van het grotere Maule Valley. Koele zeewind doet de temperatuur in de nacht dalen. Samen met veel zonlicht laat dit deze Sauvignon Blanc knallen van het frisse fruit. Een heldergroene kleur. Frisse, schone en intense neus. Aroma's van witte aalbes en kruisbes, verse groene kruiden en limoen. Friszuur, sappig en een lange elegante afdronk.
Spijs & moment
Vanzelfsprekend voor bij Ceviche met geraspte Limoen. Ook prima bij de mosselen op zijn Thais met citroengras.
