Product description
Een traditionele Vin Santo van tophuis Fontodi.
Een diepe, geel-gouden kleur. De expressieve neus heeft tonen van gedroogd fruit, abrikoos, dadels en amandelen. De smaak is zoet, met een breed palet, rond en zijdezacht met een mooi gelaagde, lange afdronk.
De druiven voor deze wijn zijn medio oktober geplukt in 5 kilogram grote mandjes en voor 5 maanden gedroogd, Daarna is het fruit zeer langzaam geperst waarna de most opgeslagen en gerijpt wordt in 50-110 liter fusten van kastanje- en eikenhout, voor tenminste 6 jaar.
