Mousserende Riesling van hoge kwaliteit. Strak droog!
Eymann staat bekend om zijn prachtige portfolio biodynamische wijnen allen met Demeter keurmerk . Sinds kort is daar ook een speciale "cuvee 218” Riesling Sekt bij gekomen. Een extra brut versie ook nog. Eentje met nauwelijks dosage dus prachtig strak lichtvoetig en zuiver. De basiswijn voor de Cuvée No. 218 Riesling Extra Brut van Weingut Eymann bestaat voor 100% uit Riesling. Hij is spontaan gefermenteerd in het grote foeder, waar ook de malolactische gisting plaatsvond. De traditionele gisting op fles is uiteraard vanzelfsprekend voor zulke kwaliteit. Omdat de productie van mousserende wijn voor hun bijzonder belangrijk is, zijn ze sinds 2019 lid van de Vereniging van Duitse Mousserende Wijnmakers.
