Elegante Pinotage uit Swartland.
Barista Black is een geweldig voorbeeld van moderne en kwalitatief hoogstaande Pinotage. De druiven zijn afkomstig van 20 jaar oude bush vine wijngaard in Swartland. Na een fermentatie op roestvrijstaal heeft de wijn 18 maanden gerijpt op barriques, waarvan 20% nieuw Frans eiken.
De geur is overtuigend met indrukken van pruimen, rode bessen en wat bakkruiden. De smaak is sappig en fluweel zacht met fraai gedoseerde tannines. Een complexe en vooral elegante wijn van hoog niveau.
