Pinot van hoge pistes. Framboos, rode bes, Marasca-kers. Gul voor bij gevogelte en fingerfood.
Buiten de pistes, daar is het gevaar maar ook “the magic zone”! Aubert & Mathieu begeven zich ook op glad ijs om de Pinot Noir zo zuidelijk aan te planten. Echter precies hoog genoeg op de uitlopers van de Pyreneeën verbouwen ze hun Pinot Noir. Hij krijgt hierbij de frisheid die hij nodig heeft. Dit terroir stelt hem in staat om al zijn rijkdom te etaleren.
In de neus ruiken we meteen verse frambozen. Vanaf de eerste slok opent deze lichte wijn zich gul om de aroma's van rode bessen en zure kersen te onthullen. Heerlijk bijvoorbeeld bij kip-empanadas en ander fingerfood.
