The most recent developments around the Covid-19 virus have affected us all. Together, we are facing an uncertain time, in which we must anticipate continuously on what is to come. At Delta Wines we follow all developments closely and follow all guidelines if necessary. At the same time, we continue to monitor our primary processes as much as possible.
Supplying our goods to our customers is the absolute priority. We do not expect any major problems with outgoing orders for the coming days. We are in close contact with all our partners and work hard to minimize any risks in the supply of goods. We have set up an internal task force to monitor this continuously. This task force will have daily meetings to discuss the supply for upcoming delivery weeks. If these meetings show expected problems for the coming period, your commercial and / or logistics contact person will contact you immediately. If there are major changes or requests for adjustments in ordering and delivery from your side, we would be happy to receive them in time. As you are used to from us, we like to think along with you to find a solution within our possibilities.
Finally, the request for communication to take place as much as possible by e-mail because most of our colleagues work at home. In the various departments this is currently the best way to communicate and guarantees us maximum follow-up of the contact. Please order via EDI and as much as possible through our webshop.
